Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website hqcfo.com (the "Site") operated by HQ CFO Limited, a company incorporated in Hong Kong ("HQ CFO", "we", "us"). By accessing or using the Site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
1. Who we are

2. Purpose of the Site
The Site is a marketing and information resource describing HQ CFO's strategic CFO, accounting, tax, compliance, and corporate-services advisory. Nothing on the Site constitutes a binding offer to provide services. Any engagement is governed by a separate written engagement letter signed by both parties.
3. Not professional advice
Content on the Site, including blog posts, case studies, downloadable checklists, calculators, comparison tables, and FAQs, is for general informational purposes only. It is not professional advice and does not create any client, fiduciary, advisor-advisee, or attorney-client relationship between you and HQ CFO. Specific facts dictate specific outcomes. Do not act, or refrain from acting, on the basis of Site content without engaging a qualified professional who has reviewed your full facts.
4. No client relationship until engagement letter
Communications you send via the Site, by email, or during a free consultation do not, by themselves, create a client relationship. A client relationship is established only when both you and HQ CFO sign a written engagement letter setting out the scope, fees, and terms of the engagement.
5. Receipts, case studies, and indicative numbers
Statistics on the Site (including "$4.2M+ recovered", "$11M+ saved", "100% audit-clean clients and books", "0 Layer-1 refunds triggered", and tier price ranges) reflect cumulative outcomes across our book of clients and / or representative ranges. Individual results depend on facts and are not guaranteed. Case-study clients are anonymised; specific dollar amounts and timelines are accurate (subject to rounding for readability) and substantiation is available under NDA on request.
6. Calculators and estimators
The found-money calculator and any similar tools on the Site produce illustrative estimates only, based on industry-norm assumptions about reserve schedules and processor behaviour. They do not produce the actual recoverable amount for your business. Your actual number is produced during the consultation, against your real data.
7. Intellectual property
All content on the Site (text, design, code, images, logos, brand marks, and downloadable materials) is owned by HQ CFO Limited or its licensors. You may view and download Site content for personal, non-commercial reference. You may not copy, redistribute, modify, scrape, or commercially exploit any part of the Site without our prior written consent.
8. Permitted use
You agree not to: use the Site for any unlawful purpose; attempt to access non-public parts of the Site; bypass any security or rate-limit; introduce malware or harmful code; or impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation.
9. Third-party links
The Site may link to third-party websites or services. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party site.
10. Disclaimer of warranties
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, HQ CFO disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Hong Kong law, HQ CFO and its officers, employees, partners, and contractors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, data, business opportunity, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site or reliance on Site content. Our aggregate liability for any direct loss arising out of use of the Site shall not exceed HKD 1,000.
This clause does not limit liability that cannot be limited as a matter of law.
12. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold HQ CFO harmless from any claim, loss, or expense arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.
13. Governing law and venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. The courts of Hong Kong have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, save that we may seek interim relief in any competent court.
14. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes take effect when the updated Terms are posted on this page. Continued use of the Site after a change constitutes acceptance.
